Who are we?
XTOPIA is a Jeddah-based, community-focused business-building platform founded by Ali Al Shareef. We start with people — what communities genuinely need, and where today’s solutions fall short — then bring together entrepreneurs, operators and partners to build, launch and scale new concepts. Sometimes we create what’s missing. Sometimes we reimagine what already exists. Always, we build for lasting impact.
What we do ?
ONE PLATFORM.
MULTIPLE
expressions of life.
One group
Every business makes the next one stronger.
01
We build the place

02
We bring it to life
TROFI brings dining to life. BEYOND brings fitness and year-round programming.
03
We will supply it
XEED will supply TROFI’s kitchens, from farm to plate.
